On the day two of the ongoing Cannes Film Festival 2015, Fan Bingbing wore an ethereal Marchesa Spring 2015 tulle gown that exuded every bit of a romantic spring vibe. The whimsical soft and feminine grey gown featured exquisite multi-colour, crystal encrusted floral details on the back and the front, thus adding an element of fantasy and drama on the red carpet.
However, i have a slight issue with her over all styling. Since the gown had so much of floral details going on, i think she could have kept the look simple, by avoiding the floral head piece. Somehow, i feel it makes the overall look quite cumbersome and overwhelmingly fairy tale. Apart from that minor glitch, the gown was definitely a fun addition to the red carpet. |
