Inspired by the divine tree in Hindu mythology, the collection was titled “Kalpavriksha”, where the simplicity of Khadi married the artistic intricacy of Dhaka’s Jamdani and softness of Luknow’s Chikankari, beauty of Punjab’s Phulkari and exclusiveness of Andhra Pardesh’s Kalamkari.


Reminiscent of the old world India, the traditional weaved pieces offered, motifs of- birds and tiger, leaves, and florals that celebrated the essence of the nature and its various shades. Key pieces were the cholis with Phulkari, voluminous anarkalis, kurtas, sarees and lehengas, all in vibrant hues, the beauty of which was further accentuated with varied drapes and layers.
